GBA provided civil and survey services for this new 25,000-sf facility in the Southlake Development in Lenexa, Kansas. Southlake Development is a five-acre site located near I-35 and Renner Boulevard. The facility will serve as Thrasher’s new headquarters, including office and warehouse space. Thrasher is a residential and commercial contractor specializing in foundation repair.
