Project Overview
GBA played a key role in developing Mutual Savings Bank’s satellite banking facility in Lansing, Kansas. Strategically located near K-7 Highway and Fawn Valley Street, the approximately 1.4 acre site was chosen to ensure convenient access for customers.
The project included designing and constructing drive-up lanes, parking areas and driveways to facilitate convenient customer transactions. Additionally, GBA provided concept planning for the adjacent three-acre tract, focusing on grading and site preparation for future development.
GBA successfully realized Mutual Savings Bank’s vision, creating a modern, functional banking facility that enhances service and meets the needs of the Lansing community.
