Overland Park Regional Medical Center Expansion
Project Overview
Since 2010, GBA has worked with Overland Park Regional Medical Center on major expansions. In partnership with Perkins + Will, GBA served as the civil engineer of record, completing site design, grading plans, utilities, surveying, temporary access points and landscaping for the hospital. The process involved extensive approval through the City of Overland Park Planning & Development Department and included collaboration with neighboring residents.
Construction drawings were completed in 2012, and GBA remained involved, responding to questions and emerging needs as JE Dunn built the major hospital expansion. GBA provided complete civil/site engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and full design plans from preliminary to final development and as-built drawings.
