- Construction Inspection
GBA’s team of construction engineers and inspectors assist communities with quality assurance for infrastructure projects. GBA staff have the specialized skills and certifications to take any project from design through construction, including contract administration, daily inspections, environmental inspections, materials testing, punch lists, as-built plans and all final documentation. In addition, our inspectors take an active role in each project, focusing on the client’s needs and maintaining communication with other stakeholders.
- Design/Build Services
Known for its cost-effectiveness and timeliness, Design-Build project delivery places the engineering design under the contractor team to maximize what can be constructed provided a pre-agreed-upon budget. For municipal design-build projects, GBA staff have worked on-site developments, corridors, recreational trails and intersection crossing safety projects.

GIS can ingest asset, planning, design, environmental, staffing, and budget data, among other sources, to develop actionable intelligence and innovative solutions that empower city staff and maximize the impact of every dollar spent.
