GBA Opens New Office in St. Charles, Missouri
GBA is opening its eleventh office in St. Charles, Missouri. The new office, located in historic downtown St. Charles, will allow the GBA team to better serve its clients in the area with solutions in water environment, transportation, survey and site development.
“As our team in the St. Louis region continues to grow in both employee size and capabilities, we are excited to expand upon our rich history in the St. Charles community,” said Michael Erdtmann, GBA’s St. Louis Regional Manager.
GBA began serving the St. Louis region two years into its 50-year history with an expansion to O’Fallon, Missouri in 1971. Since then, the firm has maintained its roots in the area, and has many notable projects in St. Charles. These include the design of Boone’s Lick Road, which provided corridor and streetscape enhancements to the primary entryway into the historic Main Street District of the city. It also includes the I-70/94 Interchange Improvements, which GBA provided engineering for the new single-point urban interchange and various outer road connections.
“Providing solutions on projects throughout the St. Louis region is an important part of GBA’s history,” said Tim Ross, GBA’s CEO/President. “As we look toward the future and growing our presence as an innovative firm across the Midwest, we knew that opening an office in St. Charles would be an important part of accomplishing this goal.”
