Shaun is GBA’s Chief Financial Officer and provides leadership in strategic planning and execution efforts with a focus on revenue and profitability growth. He leads the financial evaluation of acquisitions and manages subsequent entity formation and integration processes. Shaun coordinates the setup and maintenance of corporate governance requirements for all entities and ensures strong fiscal operations of differing engineering, construction and technology practices that require customized systems, processes and controls.
