Meet Our Dynamic Team

As Vice President of Transportation, Scott’s primary focus is on bridge and ancillary structure inspections. He has also designed several bridges and provided bridge construction observation for multiple DOT and local municipalities. He has served as project manager on several statewide inspection projects and personally inspected more than 3,000 bridges, including approximately 2,500 routine, 250 fracture critical, 100 underwater and 150 hands-on special inspections. Scott’s greatest career achievement has been the development and implementation of the Kansas Local Bridge Rating Program and the development of multiple pedestrian bridge inspections and maintenance prioritization programs for local municipalities.
