Kent directs the strategic direction of the GBA Life Sciences team, coordinates with other business units, oversees the business unit leadership team, directs recruiting and talent development efforts, develops and supports key group initiatives and oversees quality and training. He brings more than 30 years of experience in designing and developing construction documents, leading multi-discipline design teams, supporting construction, and working closely with clients in the industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.
