Juan Chaves
General Superintendent
Juan has a comprehensive background in management and construction, having completed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of projects with a diverse portfolio of clients while consistently achieving high safety performance. He has experience with phasing and logistics plans to accommodate daily construction and facility operations and is trained in CPM scheduling to control project activities and processes. Juan oversees contractor compliance with site-specific safety plans, OSHA regulations, AHJs and owner directives. He manages superintendents in multiple complex projects while prioritizing deadlines and productivity.
