Holly is GBA’s bridge group leader, providing oversight and management of bridge design, preservation, and inspection services. As Principal within GBA Transportation, Holly is responsible for group market strategy, business development, financial oversight, talent management and project delivery.

Holly’s structural experience includes design of bridges, reinforced box culverts, retaining walls, and inlets from conceptual through final design. She has designed a variety of bridge types of varying scale for municipalities and state DOTs. Holly has also been the project manager for urban and rural bridge replacement projects including stream crossings, grade separations, interchanges, and railroad overpasses.
