Harland is a Regional Business Development Manager in GBA’s Survey Development group. He is an experienced project manager and senior civil engineering technician with a history of working in Site Development. He has experience in planning and design of industrial, commercial, retail, residential, medical and multi-family projects. He is a former elected municipal official (City Council) and current executive board member for Leavenworth County Development Corporation. He is always seeking out and looking to build relationships and explore teaming opportunities in Kansas, Missouri and Texas!
