Doug is passionate about fostering genuine relationships and prioritizing the well-being of individuals to drive the success of the business. With over 25 years of experience in the AEC industry, Doug has a deep understanding of GBA’s organizational dynamics and possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Starting his career as an intern at George Butler Associates, Doug has progressed through various roles, including principal/group leader and senior vice president. He is currently the President of GBA Companies, Inc. and will transition to Chief Executive Officer in 2025.

Doug is a strong advocate for collaboration across the numerous affiliate companies within the organization and proudly serves on the GBA Companies, Inc. Board.
