Brian Hess, PE, ENV SP
Group Lead | Water Distribution

Brian has worked on various water distribution, storage, and treatment projects.  He has been involved in watermain replacement and extension projects, condition assessments, master plans, water treatment plant expansions and wellfield improvements.  Brian’s broad experience in managing and implementing projects for municipalities makes him a versatile team member with insight into various water issues.  He has served as a municipal utilities director and general manager, has developed water capital improvement plans, and has served as a project engineer with project oversight on many water improvement projects.
