Brett has served as a project manager and designer for a variety of transportation engineering projects. His experience has included design responsibility for state and interstate highways, interchanges, rural and urban arterials, and collector and residential streets. His work has ranged from preliminary alignment studies to the development of preliminary and final plans that include geometric design, drainage design, quality assurance/quality control and project management.
